These menstrual cups are very convenient and easy to use. They contain my menstrual blood when it’s at its messiest and heaviest. Just use cation when pulling it out. You need to make sure that you are well positioned over the toilet or blood will get everywhere.

Note that the size you want is the size of your cervix not the size of your vagina. If you have a thick cervix, use the larger one, if not, use the smaller one. Using the larger size does not mean you have a large vagina, just a larger cervix (which means less room in there for um…other things)
Also, if you have cysts on your cervix, this brand cup will not be comfortable. You’ll need a softer material.
*Clean Carefully! There are pin holes around the top and measurements on the INSIDE of the cup that collect matter! Neglecting to clean it well could result in bacterial infections!
