Payment Methods

Gemtina provides secure and convenient payment options. The payment methods available for your order may vary depending on your country, currency, device, browser, and order value.

Credit and Debit Cards

We accept eligible cards from major card networks shown during checkout, which may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and other supported providers.

Your card will be charged in the currency and total amount displayed during checkout. Your bank may apply foreign transaction, currency conversion, or other processing fees. These charges are controlled by your financial institution and are not collected by Gemtina.

PayPal

Select PayPal during checkout to complete payment through your PayPal account. You may be redirected to PayPal to sign in and authorize the transaction before returning to Gemtina.

Your PayPal shipping address should match the delivery address submitted with your Gemtina order. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order is placed.

Apple Pay

Apple Pay may be available when you use a compatible Apple device and supported browser with an eligible card added to Apple Wallet.

Select Apple Pay at checkout and follow the instructions on your device to authorize payment.

Google Pay

Google Pay may be available when you use a compatible device or browser and have an eligible payment method saved to your Google account.

Select Google Pay at checkout and follow the displayed instructions to authorize payment.

Payment Security

Payments are processed through Shopify and authorized third-party payment providers using encrypted connections and industry-standard security measures. Gemtina does not directly store your complete payment-card number or security code.

Payment Authorization

Submitting an order authorizes the selected payment provider to charge the total displayed at checkout. An order is not confirmed until payment authorization has been successfully completed.

For fraud prevention and account security, a payment may be reviewed, declined, or require additional verification. Gemtina cannot override a decision made by your bank or payment provider.

Declined or Failed Payments

If your payment is unsuccessful, please:

  1. Confirm that your card or account information is correct.
  2. Verify that sufficient funds or credit are available.
  3. Confirm that your billing address matches your payment account.
  4. Ask your bank to authorize online or international transactions.
  5. Try another supported payment method.

Do not repeatedly submit the same payment if your bank shows a pending authorization. Contact your bank or payment provider first.

Pending Charges

An unsuccessful or canceled payment attempt may appear temporarily as a pending authorization. This is not necessarily a completed charge. Your bank normally removes the authorization automatically according to its processing schedule.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing normally takes up to 10 business days after approval, although PayPal, card issuers, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or your bank may require additional time.
