Gemtina Shipping & Delivery Policy

Discreet Packaging

All Gemtina orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. Product names and adult-product descriptions are not displayed on the exterior of the package.

Order Processing

In-stock orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on weekends, or on US public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you using the email address supplied with the order.

Free standard shipping is available on eligible US orders over $59 after discounts. One-business-day shipping may not be available for Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, the British Virgin Islands, or remote locations.

Tracking

When tracking is available, the tracking number will be included in the shipping-confirmation email. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs inspections, weather, carrier disruption, holidays, remote destinations, and incorrect address information may cause delays.

Address Accuracy

Customers must provide a complete and accurate recipient name, delivery address, email, and telephone number. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins.

Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed parcel may be charged to the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Report missing, damaged, or incorrectly delivered orders promptly to support@gemtina.com. Keep the packaging and provide photographs when reporting damage.
